Are there any phones that run android that are not considered a “smart phone” by verizon?

    All the Android phones on Verizon are smart phones. Actually there was a discussion going on in the Verizon forums. Supposedly you can use the phone just on wifi with no data plan. Some features will not work though. Nothing will becoming out by Android that is not a smart phone. Adios Mother F
