I bought a handheld 2 or 3 days ago, i can’t remember or think straight to figure out. Well i’ve been planning since, seems like I have lots of things to do, and I am always busy. So I haven’t slept in 2 days, and playing and figureing out the PDA. I have been planning lots of tasks, and appointments for tests and such. Well, can that be bad? I can’t think straight because lack of sleep, but if I plan everything then I wont need to rely on my brain for reminding me of the tasks I would need to perform. And if i could type this question properly, I may possibly still function 85%. Dang, i’m talking in percents now.

Yes. Any activity that helps stimulate adrenaline can become addictive. It may be you have hypoglycemia. If so that is because whatever you are doing either substitutes for sugar, slows down insulin or caused increases in your adrenaline (which puts sugar into the bloodstream). So if you determine you have hypoglycemia, and treat it, you will likely find you are not as obsessed with your PDA, and not skipping sleep.

Hypoglycemia does not have a pill or medication yet. Eating a diet that stresses protein (poultry and fish (salmon) are best, unless you are a vegetarian and then soy is very good), low glycemic carbohydrates (look up a glycemic index) and good fat (olive oil for cooking, almonds for snacking), is a good idea. It happened to me with Yahoo!Answers, but I already knew about my low blood sugar problem. After you get used to the PDA, your obsession may reduce, naturally, but then you may get/find something else to obsess about.

You seriously need to get some sleep and fast for your brain to relax and your body to repair itself. It may be fun playing and planning with this new toy but when it actually comes to these tests you won’t be able to function properly anyway as you will be too tired you are only making yourself ill. GO TO BED! and put the damn pda in a locked drawer and lose the key it was probably mentally the worst purchase you ever made. After 3 days of solid none sleep you can drive yourself mad seriously.
