Can a smart phone get internet connection from a wireless router at home?

im pretty shure it wont since your mobile phone company uses towers to broadcast internet to their phones like i said im not sure. Sam
It depends on the phone. For instance, my Motorola Droid can use my wireless router just fine.
Please note that, at least in my case, using wireless seems to discharge the battery much faster! Benny
