Whats the best paint to use to paint my cell phone?

I need to know what kind of paint would be best to use on it. I know I need a primer first. My fiancee suggested model paint. Is that a good idea? And yes, before anyone says anything, I will be taking it apart to paint it and will be using my old cell phone for a couple off days to let it dry. I don’t want the paint to chip or get smudgy.
