How can i transfer my ringtones from my iphone to new computer?

My computer with my entire itunes library and my iphone ring-tones died. Wont turn on at all. So I hooked my iphone up to my other computer to do the update but my ring tones wont transfer over to the new itunes. How can I transfer them over?

    On the new comp plug in the iPhone. Open iTunes on the left side your iPhone should appear under devices. Right click that and select transfer purchases.
    Viola all purchased content transfers over. Only if the content is still on the phone. If it’s not contact apple tell them you need iTunes to give you your 1 time regrant of your content IPhone Guru
