		<description>there is no way to get the contacts or pictures from the back up itself without another iphone.  If you know a friend with an iphone, you can put the information on their iphone and then save it to your computer.  the backup isn&#039;t going anywhere so you have time to find an iphone you can borrow.  otherwise check if your contacts synced to windows contacts(if you have vista), windows address book(wth windows xp), microsoft outlook(not outlook express), address book(mac), yahoo address book, or google contacts.  pictures are not generally designed to be stored in a back up and are not synced when you connect your phone.  pictures need to be imported into a seperate program as if the phone were a digital camera&lt;a href=&quot;http://www.resumeminers.com/HR-Outsourcing/Outsourced-Recruiting.htm&quot;&gt; guerita&lt;/a&gt;</description>
