This is a major issue that is grinding me to frustration and i can’t pass anything between the two devices unless i use the supplied USB cable for the iPhone.

What can i do to make the two of them work together?

Thanks.

Apple do not allow this because they want you to sing up for a MobileMe account with an annual subscription which would then sync over the network.

The only option you have is to buy the software Missing Sync which will allow the Bluetooth connection to operate NIGEL

iPhone doesn’t support file sharing when the files are not bought from itunes, you need something to transfer files from iphone to mac.
