You can ssh into your(Jailbroken) iPhone or got to folder option on your pc and select the on that says “show hidden files and folders”. That will show all your hidden file and folders on your iPhone. Apple hides all the folders on your iPhone thats why they are hidden. Thats also why we use iTunes. Hope this answers your question.
