How do I keep the resolution of a video I shot on my phone to stay that way on my computer?

    You can’t change it. You already said it, the video is only 1.3mp – very small indeed.

    Any time you enlarge an image that small it’s going to distort, no way around it.

    I’d suggest you shoot video with something better if you’re going to post it on line. Or, put up with the distortion. Jim A
