I had to reinstall my computer and Itunes so I lost my music files. I’ve since downloaded new music but there are some songs which I purchased from the Itunes store that are on my Iphone. I want to sync my Iphone to my new Itunes library but I don’t want to lose my purchased songs (which are no longer saved in my computer’s Itunes library).
Any suggestions?

save whatever iTunes music or movies or whatever it is to a disk then put it in your computer that your iPhone is synced to and go to File>Add file to library>desktop>computer>DVD RW Drive (E:) then from there you should be able to find your itunes folders. George

Use iPhone software helps transfer files between iPhone, Mac and iTunes.

    Xilisoft iPhone Transfer

    1. Support the latest iPhone 2.x and iPhone 3G.
    2. Allow you to create, rename and delete a playlist on iPhone.
    3. Support drag-and-drop.
    4. Find what you want as quickly and easily as iTunes with the help of Filter and Quick Search functions.
    5. All device info about your iPhone, e.g. type, capacity, version number, etc. will be shown on the main interface.
    6. Two modes for viewing music, movies and photos: thumbnails and list.
    7. Feature friendly interface and easy-to-handle process. Carlyle
