How long does the battery last in your smart phone?

    Mine lasts a long time I think. i only charge once every few days. But it depends on your phone. I’ve seen smart phones with crappy battery life and some with long battery life. You cant do anything to improve battery life except for taking out the battery after turning your phone off (like during school) since battery power is used even when the phone is off. Josh

    I have a Nokia E71
    I find the battery lasts around 2-3 while in use. To keep the battery preserved I normally keep the backlight turned down quite low. pink moon

    mine lasts about 2-3 days. im using the samsung omnia pro. but it also depends on usage. Sharmzy

    It depends on what brand of phone you get. I’ve heard for Samsung, the battery life for their smartphone is not very good, some say 1+ year and it starts acting up. My rule for any phone battery is don’t leave your phone on 24/7. You got to shut the phone off some time and let it charge. JulieM

    mine lasts for 4 days. here as some ways to improve:

    1…..Turn off all off all unnecessary sounds (keytones, alerts).
    2…..Use either a ringer or vibrate, but not both
    3…..Decrease your screen’s brightness to 50%.
    4…..Turn your backlight setting down.
    5…..Turn off Bluetooth when you’re not using it.
    6…..Close applications when you’re not using them.
    7……Keep your phone in cool climates.
    8….When you’re phone is done charging, unplug it!
    9…..Don’t let your battery fully discharge.
    10….Don’t do anything fun on your phone.
