How to restore factory settings of an unlocked Iphone?

I want to sell my iphone. But when I bought that, it was factory unlocked already. How do I restore it so it will be as “virgin” as possible yet still an unlocked iphone after restoration.

   you can restore to factory settings via itunes Bruce

   restoring it with itunes will lock it back to AT&T, your best bet will be SETTINGS>GENERAL>RESET>ERASE ALL CONTENT AND SETTINGS this wont “restore” it but all your info will be gone and the phone will be unlocked still Will
