I have one i really love it, it is missing a few key features like flash support but im sure apple will fix that in a software update. All in all it’s a great phone and i love my iPhone, i would recommend it to anyone!! Douglas B
Wait till December to buy one, apple is suppose to ship out a better iphone that fixes the problems with the one that’s out right now. The Voice
I would wait to buy one, they have some things to work out, including the AT&T EDGE ‘G2′ service, which is much slower than EDGE ‘G3′ service..!!! Also battery is not user replaceable, among other issues… RICH
They are not going to make it so that the battery is going to come out. They are going to keep it like you would an iPod. And the reason right now why they did not choose the better internet network is because the phone itself would be heavier and it would cost more. And Apple usually comes out with newer versions every nine months. pumpkinpie
I have one — it has it’s good points and bad points:
Good – i love the touchscreen although it takes some getting used to. The voicemail functionality is AWESOME…you no longer have to dial a number, put in a password and hit 1 to listen. The SMS messaging is cool too — it;s keeps a running dialogue rather than a new message for a single contact. The Itunes viewing and photo images are nice
Bad — i’m used to smartphones/pdas so the lack of programs like excel and word are a little disappointing. Also, although i was an att customer already, none of my contacts can be transferred over. I have to completely type thme in manually — annoying. I am also afraid of scratching the screen — because you use the screen so much the plastic / hard case like I have for my ipod don’t make sense

I think it’s amazing! I am getting it either online or if I can possibly find it in the apple store! The only thing bad is the phone connection won’t be as good since it’s with Cingular but oh well. Katie!
