I need help badly, I don’t know which phone to get? iPhone or LG KS20

If I cancel my plan with Verizon to get an iPhone it would cost me $771.00

Early contract cancel= $175.00
iPhone(4GB)=$500.00
AT&T plan(cheapest one)=$60.00
AT&T iPhone activation=$36.00

all equals $771.00 not including tax.

If I get the LG KS20 it will supposedly cost me $800.00.

Tha is where I’m stuck. What should I do? I like the both of them. Espically the iPhones cool widescreen lanscape picture every time you turn it.

The KS20 is not available yet. You could purchase a KE850, but there’s nowhere to purchase a KS20. Debating the two at this point is ridiculous because you can only purchase one of them right now.

IF the KS20 was available right now (which it isn’t), it would be the better buy. More features for not much more money. Also, the KS20 is currently a GSM phone and not compatible with Verizon’s service. You could bring in a KS20 or a KE850 to the US, but neither phone could be activated to Verizon’s network. You would need to be on a GSM carrier like AT&T or T-Mobile for either of those phones to work right now.

    EDIT:

Don’t listen to Jellybean about the iPhone. Verizon was the first company that Apple wanted to carry the iPhone. They could not reach an agreement, and Apple took the iPhone to AT&T. Other companies may get the iPhone once AT&T’s exclusive rights contract runs out in 2 years, but Verizon will never get it. robtheman

Sounds like you’ve done the math already. Speak to Verizon to see if they have an idea of when they’ll be able to sell iPhones. I would think eventually every carrier will sell it. Plus all the bugs will be worked out by then. jellybean
