iPhone?

I just got the iPhone. I wan to use the iTunes on it, but it says I need a wi-fi connection. I went to the wi-fi section in settings, and my dad has a wi-fi..linksys….but we both dont know how to get the password for it. Can someone please give me step by step directions on ow to find the password on his computer

    It’s the network password. Usually that’s found under the router or somewhere on the router (s/n followed by the key) or you guys could have just made your own and forgotten it. Worst case, call your provider and see if they’ll give it to you. bb

    first look in the settings for the adapter and u might find it there. thats all i can think of camman

    Hi! This exact thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago when I got my iPhone. I was able to create a new wireless connection with a new username and password. Like you, I couldn’t remember what I had named my wireless connection at home or its password! It’s silly, really, because you have to have a wi-fi connection for itunes and youtube, but you could go to a starbucks anywhere in the world and get on their network for free…so whatever! Anyway, I love my iPhone. Hopefully you will, too when you troubleshoot some of the common early problems like I have been! Good Luck! lynner
