Now that At&t requires $30 dollar service for smart phones, and there’s no particular definition for a smart phone, I wnt to know if the Samsung star is a smart phone.

    its not a smart phone mainly b/c it doesn’t run on windows mobile.

    a smart phone is usually used for business people and they cost around $700 – $1000 Becki
