well, due to the fact that u r having condition for a long time, it is probably not serious, but i wud still like u to get it evaluated, cos with time ur right vetricle start getting hypertrophied n can lead to reverse shunting from Rt to Lt & it is that time wen u start getting cynosis (Eissenmengerisation).. plus u need to mention this condition anytime u undergo any surgical procedure, as it is high risk for infective endocarditis.. u might b put on antibiotic prophylaxis for it..
