Im looking for a PDA with phone capability and I want to know WHAT FEATURE TO LOOK FOR ON A SPEC THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET WHILST ON THE MOVE.

    look for a pda with phone, WIFI 3g and hspda etc..

    a PDA with phone capability is called a smartphone, one without is called a PDA.

    All allow connection to the internet via 3g or GPRS or HSDPA depending on the handset.. and some offer WIFI for faster browsing when in wifi zones.

    try android G1 (cheap build )
    Apple iphone 3g
    Blackberry
    Nokia N series (if you like brick weight and size)
    Palm Treo and centro
    Samsung…

    personally I’d avoid anything running windows Mobile for reasons of reliability and security.. Apple, Blackberry are best with adroid about 1 year behind in development. man290663@btinternet.com
