smart phone with ethernet and 3g?

I am wanting a full qwerty smartphone that can find and use ethernet networks like an iTouch and have the ability to use a 3G cellular network for web and email at times when an ethernet network is not available. Does such a phone exist?

   What you need is a wireless “hot spot” that can act as a cell phone tower for use at home…an is 3G when you’re out and about.
