I need help selecting a smart phone. Nokia e71, any window mobile device such as mwg zinc 2, or a palm centro?

I want to be able to connect to the proper net, not just the basic mobile new, on a portable device. A laptop is too big, i want either a phone or maybe a pda that is wi-fi enabled and costs up to about £150. The Samsung i600 looks good, something similar to that with a full keyboard is what i’m after
