Best PDA/Smart-Phone with stylus?

I currently have the iPaq 6315, but am looking for a serious upgrade.
What is the best PDA/Smart-phone with stylus, word-recognition software? I don’t like the physical keyboard setup.
Also, the phone is for business purposes, mostly, so devices that support outlook/or other business software are preferred.

Can’t connect my pda phone to network using wifi?
I have a HTC touch cruise 09 which I try to connect my wireless router which has no password but it can’t connect. Laptops and other pc’s have to trouble connecting to the connection but somehow my pda phone just wont connect.
Is there something i need to do before i connect? do I need to turn of the data and bluetooth connections? How do i know that the wifi on the phone is working properly?

Im looking for like a handheld gps with internet or pda phone any suggestions?
Im moving Out of state so i thought it be really good if i had like a hand held with internet, email, aim, music, GPS!! most importantly, phone not so important for i have one.. Anyone know of a good model? most importanlty just internet and gps? and are there monthly charges for using internet and gps on the units?
