WHAT IS THE BEST DATA AND PHONE PLAN AND QWERTY WORLD SMART-PHONE FOR STUDENT IN NYC?
This will be a university student’s only phone (no land-line) and many family and friends live in Canada and the UK.
Phone needs to be a world phone i.e. with a SIM card or dual with a SIM card.
