So, I’ve seen commercials for the Apple iPad, but it just looks like a cross between a computer and an iPod Touch, and it’s too big to carry around in your pocket. Is there anything about new and significant about it, or is it just another thing that Steve Jobs and Apple came out with for us to spend our money on. I mean, it would be kind of cool to have one, but it just seems like a waste of money. Is it really something new and different?

I can’t decide because my friend has an iphone, and loves it. I am familiar with it because I have an ipod touch. So that is one of the problems, I feel like it would be a waste of money to have basically 2 iphones, but you can’t talk with one. But the iphone is the cheapest, and I like using it.

The Bold and Fuze are the most expensive at $299, but are supposedly packed with nice features. Then I am looking at the Epix which looks really nice and has touch screen and wi-fi. But all the smart phones require a data package, so I might decide against them and get the Eternity, which is the at&t version of the Sprint Instinct. The Eternity doesn’t require a data package, and is only $150.

Does anyone have these phones, have any advice from experience with them? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
