Transfer a book bought from itunes on the ipad to my computer or kindle?

Basically i bought a book off my moms ipad and i need to transfer it for reading on my computer or my kindle. Note that i dont want the epub file i want to actually be able to read the book. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
