just as maryann stated - when you clicked on restore, it got set back to original configuration (probably newer firmware if older than 1.1.4) and now only accepts AT&T sim.

just need to unlock again and you should be fine. just remember not to update/restore thru itunes, otherwise this will happen again.

there's a freeware that we use and it takes less than 5 minutes with your exisitng data cable. do a search on a major search engine and you should find it. it's the same software that some are selling for $$$ on some auction sites.

good luck sakazekillaz

christel when you restored your phone .. it is as it came from Apple. You locked it back on the ATT network.
You will need to go thru the unlocking process again... good luck!! MaryAnn

Well you'll get little support being that your using the iPhone in a country that doesn't support the phone. Your best bet would be to wait till July 11th and buy the new 3G IPhone. Canada has been added to the list of countries the phone will launch in so you'll finally have a fully functioning iPhone and for only $199. Not a bad trade off. WingsOfZion
