There isn’t much difference- the iPhone obviously has calling and text messaging capability, seeing as it’s a phone. Also, it has a camera and can take video, neither of which the iPod Touch can do. The iPhone can get on the internet anytime because of AT&T’s data plan that you’d be paying for monthly, where the iPod can only surf the internet at a wi-fi hotspot. Takami

the iPhone is thicker, has a camera, a better speaker, GPS, a plastic back, and of course is a phone

    upon starting you’ll pay $99 (iPhone 3G 8GB) $199 (iPhone 3GS 16GB) $299 (iPhone 3GS 32GB)
    then an $18 activation fee

plans start at a minimum of $70 a month and for that you get 450 anytime minutes and 5000 night and weekend minutes along with visual voicemail and unlimited 3G data. you can add texting for $5 a month for 200 texts $15 a month for 1500 and $20 for unlimited

an unlimited talk, text, and data plan will run you $150 a month Alex

The Iphone is a phone and the ipod touch is a mp3 player with internet access and apps. The touch also does not have a microphone, you can buy one very cheap to skype with if needed. Jay
