What’s a good phone for verizon wireless, with full keyboard, but no $30 extra change a month?

I had the envy2 but I accidentally dropped it in a puddle, totally destroyed it. I am back to my old razr now, but i want a full keyboard.

I do not want to spend $30 extra just to have a smart phone. Any suggestions let me know.
